Return & Exchange Policy 

HOLIDAY EXTENDED RETURN POLICY: Any items purchased from Nov. 25th - Dec. 25th 2021 will be eligible for returns & exchanges until Jan 31st 2022.

We offer returns for eligible products within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must arrive back to us in the condition they were received.

The following conditions apply:

  • Returned items are eligible for exchanges, store credit and refunds 
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping
  • The original shipping cost is non-refundable
  • Items must be unwashed, unworn and in the condition they were received
  • All items are subject to inspection upon arrival back to us. Please inform us of any changes to the item/s before they are sent back as discrepancies between what we discussed and what was sent back may result in us rejecting your return.
Items Not Eligible For Returns
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Free gift or promotional items with retail value can not be returned for a refund

Refunds

All returns and exchanges must be done within 30 days of purchase date.

Refunds and store credit will be issued for items being returned once the items are received back to us, inspected and approved (usually 1-3 business days once the return package is delivered).

How to Process a Return

Please email us at info@macularadventure.com. Provide us with your name, order number, what type of return you would like to proceed with (exchange or store credit) along with a reason for the return (too small, too big, didn’t like the material, etc.).

If you are exchanging an item, please provide us with the item/s you are looking to exchange for. 

We will reply to all requests within 24 hours on working business days (Monday-Friday) with further instructions.
